Dear Managers and Coaches

     CCAA is holding it's 26th annual Girls Invitational Pre-Season Tournament and we would like for you to be a part of the fun. Due to the field availability, it will be a first-come, first-serve entry. There will be a minimum of 4 teams to a division. It will be a two-and-out or round robin format. We will follow USSSA rules, with the exception of the Greater Miami Softball Rules. No All-Star teams will be permitted, such as teams that do not play together in an acceptable recreational league during the regular season. CCAA will have the final say on teams that play in the tournament. We will be using USSSA certified umpires for the tournament.

                               Other Regulations include:

1. Teams have a maximum of 2 minutes to change between offense and defense, after 2 minutes, the umpire may call balls at a 10-second interval.
2. There will be no pre-game warm-ups on the field. Games must start on therefore, please have your team ready to take the field at game time.
3. For extra inning games, the batter will assume a 1-ball and 1-strike count.
4. There are NO PROTESTS. All umpire decisions are final.
5. Please do not bring food or drinks to the games.
6. Umpires will be all USSSA Certified.
